Sourced from Salamanca and Castilla y Leon, our natural products are of the highest quality with ingredients that include pimentón de la Vera - a sensational paprika with protected designation of origin, natural spices and high quality pork to give a lovely, full, rich flavour.

Olives, Olive Oil and Olive Pastes
We've a truly exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil from a cooperative in Baena, Córdoba. The olives come from the lattice of old olive trees and new plantations of olive groves of the Guadajoz region and eastern countryside of the province of Córdoba and belong to the protected designation of “Baena”. The main variety of olive is picual, with a small percentage of hojiblanca and picudo to give the oil a unique and wonderful style. We also stock fine arbequina EVOO and olive oils pressed with either garlic, basil and rosemary - great for dressing different types of salads.
We offer a full range of olives in small jars for retail and large catering jars, all with attractive packaging from La Masrojana in Catalonia. Our olives include whole gordal, hojiblanca and manzanilla olives as well as anchovy stuffed olives and verdal olives marinated with carrots, red peppers garlic and spices!

Croquetas
Finely made croquetas have to be one of the best tapa in Spanish cuisine. Our croquetas are crispy on the outside with a lovely creamy béchamel sauce on the inside. They come from a company in Madrid called Oído Cocina Gourmet, who are fanatical about artisan croquetas and produce the finest croquetas we have ever tasted. They come in an array of magical flavours including Ibérico ham, seafood, chorizo, spinach, mushroom, leek, blue cheese and black truffle.
Cheese
Manchego cheese is the signature cheese of Spain. We have cured and semi-cured Manchego cheese from award winning cheese makers Gómez Moreno. Their cured Manchego has won the Best Spanish Cheese Award and a gold medal from the world cheese awards - the most important worldwide cheese contest. It's exactly what you would expect from a fine Manchego cheese. Their semi-cured Manchego has an intense flavour, excellent bouquet in the aftertaste and extensive memory on the palate.
Rice
Our rice is short grain "redondo" and is under the brand "Guadiarroz" from a cooperative of rice growers in Extremadura in the south west of Spain. Along this region of the Iberian peninsula, on its journey towards the Atlantic, the Guadiana river in its middle stretch opens up to a fertile valley. These are the "Las Vegas del Guadiana", or "Valleys of Guadiana", where thousands of hectares of irregated land uses the enormous reserves of pure, clean water managed in a vast system of dams that constitute a set of beautiful interior lakes. This rice is of exceptional quality and is particularly good at absorbing water and so is ideal to use in paella and risotto.
Churros
Nothing quite beats the simplicity and flavour of hot churros as a sweet to finish off a meal or to accompany a coffee. Lightly sprinkled with sugar and dipped into a thick, rich and creamy hot chocolate sauce. We've the classic churros lace or for something a little special and different are our popular churros filled with apple or chocolate. They come frozen so are very quick and convenient to cook, are perfect every time and there's no mess!
Padrón Peppers
"Os pementos de Padrón, uns pican e outros non". Padrón peppers, some are hot and some are not! It is said that one in 20 padrón peppers is a hot one. They´re a classic tapas, simply fried with a little olive oil and sprinkled with coarse salt. Some might add garlic or a little serrano ham. Which ever way you like them they happen to be one of our favourite things to eat on earth and for being so temperamental they are awefully generous in their health benefits with plenty of protein, calcium and iron.
